Custom personal AI assistants

Build your own JARVIS — your personal AI assistant.

A personal AI assistant, built around your work, your tools, and your world. You bring the idea. Apex designs, builds, and integrates the assistant around your needs.

What “your own JARVIS” really means

Less movie magic. More useful every day.

When people say they want their own JARVIS, they usually mean a personal AI assistant that knows their information, can use their tools, talks naturally, remembers what matters and gets real things done — safely.

That is buildable today. It isn’t an all-knowing AI, and it shouldn’t act without limits. A well-built assistant answers from your own sources, admits what it doesn’t know, and asks before it acts. If you have searched for how to build one and found only frameworks and code, you can hire Apex to design and build it for you.

Who it’s for

An AI assistant for you, your team or your business.

PERSONAL

For you

An assistant that knows your schedule, notes and documents, keeps track of what matters and helps you get through the day.

FOUNDER

For founders

A chief-of-staff-style assistant: morning briefings, investor and customer follow-ups, and a single place to ask “what needs me today?”

TEAM

For teams

A shared assistant that answers from your team’s knowledge, prepares hand-offs and keeps recurring work moving.

BUSINESS

For businesses

An assistant connected to the systems you run on — with permissions, approval steps and an audit trail built in.

What we can build in

Capabilities, designed around you.

Each is configured per project. We agree what your assistant includes before we build it.

01

Knowledge & documents

Answers from your own files, notes and records, with the source shown — and a plain “I couldn’t find that” when it isn’t there.

02

Connections to approved tools

Calendar, email, documents, CRM, accounting or internal systems — only the ones you approve, with the access level you choose. Each integration is scoped during discovery.

03

Voice

Talk to it and hear it answer, where the agreed design includes voice. Options range from on-device speech to premium cloud voices.

04

Useful memory

Remembers the preferences and context you want it to keep, and forgets what you tell it to — designed per project, not assumed.

05

Workflows & approvals

Prepares emails, schedules, reports and multi-step tasks, then waits for your approval before anything is sent, spent or changed.

06

Local, cloud or both

Run models on your own hardware for privacy, use cloud models for capability, or mix them — chosen with you, based on your data and budget.

Live at Apex · custom builds available

We built our own. Let’s build yours.

Nexus / Cipher — An AI command center built at Apex. We built Nexus/Cipher for our own operations. We bring that engineering experience to custom AI assistants and command systems for clients.

Used internally at Apex. Client systems are custom-built.

  • A voice-first command center: ask a question, hear the answer
  • Daily operating briefings drawn from real business sources
  • Actions prepared for approval before anything changes
  • Every step logged and independently checked
How a build works

From idea to assistant, in four stages.

Each stage ends with something you can see and a decision about whether to continue.

  1. STAGE 01

    Discovery

We learn what you want your assistant to do, which tools and information it needs, and what it must never do. You get a written scope.

  2. STAGE 02

    Prototype

A working prototype on a small, real slice of your information, so you can talk to it and judge it before committing further.

  3. STAGE 03

    Pilot

Your assistant runs in your day-to-day work with approvals switched on. We measure what helps and fix what doesn’t.

  4. STAGE 04

    Ongoing support

Optional: we keep it running, update integrations as your tools change, and add new abilities over time.

Before we talk

What to bring to the first conversation.

None of this needs to be polished. Rough notes are perfect.

  • Three to five things you wish an assistant would do for you every week
  • The tools and information it would need (for example: calendar, email, Google Drive, CRM)
  • Anything it must never do or never see
  • Whether you want voice, and on which devices
  • Any privacy or data-location requirements
  • A rough sense of budget and timing — even a range helps
FAQ

Questions about building a personal AI assistant.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You describe what you want the assistant to help with; Apex designs, builds and integrates it. You review and test it as it takes shape.

Which apps and tools can it connect to?

Many common tools offer official APIs, and we connect to those where your account and plan allow it. We confirm each integration during discovery rather than promising universal support — some tools limit access, and we will tell you when that is the case.

Can I talk to it like JARVIS?

Yes, if voice is part of the agreed design. We can build voice conversation with on-device speech recognition or cloud voices, depending on your privacy needs, devices and budget.

Will it remember things?

It can keep useful memory — preferences, ongoing projects, people you work with — within limits you set. What it remembers, where that is stored and how you clear it are decided with you.

Can it run locally for privacy, or does it use the cloud?

Either, or both. Local models keep sensitive information on your hardware; cloud models add capability. We recommend an approach based on your data, hardware and budget.

Can it act on its own?

Only as far as you allow. By default, anything that sends, spends, deletes or changes records waits for your approval, and every action is logged.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

It depends on scope: the number of tools, how much information it works with, voice, hosting and support. We don’t publish fixed prices or timelines. After discovery you get a written scope with cost and a schedule for each stage.

Can I buy Nexus or Cipher?

No. Nexus and Cipher are Apex’s internal AI system and are not for sale or public access. They show what we can build. We build each client a custom assistant designed around their own needs.
