What this site collects.
You can browse this website without creating an account. We collect personal information only when you send us an enquiry. We use anonymous, aggregated visitor analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising pixels, session recording or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell personal information.
Contact enquiries
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional for personal assistant enquiries), company size and area of interest (both optional) and your message. We use this information only to review and respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible project with you.
The form sends your enquiry to our business mailbox by email through Resend, an email delivery provider. We also send a confirmation email to the address you provide. The confirmation does not repeat your message. The website itself does not store your enquiry in a database.
To protect the form from abuse, our server checks how quickly and how often messages are submitted. For this purpose it briefly keeps, in temporary memory, a one-way hash derived from your IP address and email address.
Visitor analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and a small number of actions: clicks on our project enquiry buttons, links to PerpSignal Desk, interest in a personal AI assistant, and successful contact form submissions. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. According to Vercel, visitors are counted using a hash of the incoming request that is discarded after 24 hours, and data is used for aggregated statistics. It records details such as the page address, referring site, country or region, browser, operating system and device type.
We remove query strings from page addresses before they are sent, except for the contact form’s fixed topic preset. Unrecognised page paths are grouped as missing pages, and campaign tags are removed. We do not include names, email addresses or message content in analytics. Anonymous analytics cannot tell us who you are.
Hosting and security
This website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and to protect the site from automated abuse. Vercel may ask your browser to complete a security check and may set a cookie that is needed for that check.
Other content loaded by this site
The Products page embeds a live panel from PerpSignal Desk, a separate product operated by Apex Intelligence Analytics at perpsignaldesk.com. When that page loads, your browser connects to perpsignaldesk.com, and the PerpSignal Desk Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) applies to that content.
This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser also connects to Google servers when a page loads. The Hear Apex audio introduction is served from this website. The site stores one setting in your browser’s session storage to remember that you have seen the opening animation.
Your choices and requests
You do not have to use the contact form; you can email us directly instead. To ask about the personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email hello@apexintelligenceanalytics.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
